Office Manager
Hammersmith, West London
On site Monday - Friday (no hybrid)
Up to £38,000 DOE
We are currently partnering with a fantastic client to recruit an organised and proactive Office Manager to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of office operations while also supporting key HR processes.
This role will play a vital part in ensuring the office runs smoothly day-to-day while providing administrative support to the HR function.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
*Ensure the office is organised, tidy and ready for the start of each day
*Set out daily snacks and refreshments for the team
*Manage weekly office supplies and grocery orders
*Keep the kitchen, meeting rooms and communal areas stocked and presentable
*Manage incoming and outgoing post, deliveries and packages
*Assist with diary coordination where required
*Arrange travel bookings including flights, trains and hotels
*Manage stationery and general office supplies
*Support meeting room set-up and general office coordination
*Handle ad-hoc office requests and help maintain a positive office environment
HR Support
*Provide administrative support to the HR Director
*Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
*Maintain employee records and HR files
*Assist with onboarding administration for new starters
*Update HR systems including Harri and MAPAL
*Support the HR team with general administrative tasks as required
About You
*Our client is looking for someone who is:
*Highly organised and detail-oriented
*Proactive and hands-on
*Comfortable managing multiple tasks in a busy office environment
*A strong communicator who enjoys supporting a team
There is no flexibility around hybrid working, and the Client are specifically looking for someone with a mix of Office Admin and HR experience, if this isn’t clear in your CV, you will not be considered for interview.
