IT Service Manager£55,000 – £70,000 | Hybrid | Yorkshire
A growing financial services organisation is seeking an IT Service Manager to help shape and mature its technology service function. This role offers the chance to build structure, improve service delivery and work closely with external technology providers.
What You’ll Do*Own and develop the IT service management function
*Manage the relationship with the managed service provider (MSP)
*Introduce and improve ITIL processes (incident, problem, change)
*Build service governance, policies and reporting
*Act as a key link between technology and the wider business
What You’ll Bring*Experience in IT Service Management or Service Delivery
*Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks
*Experience managing third-party vendors or MSPs
*Exposure to ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, Jira, Halo etc.)
*Ability to improve processes in a growing organisation
What You’ll Get*Salary of £40,000 – £65,000
