Our extensive client network has been built over 20+ years, enabling us to support organisations ranging from SMEs to PLCs with specialist recruitment solutions across interim and permanent appointments, delivered on both retained and contingent bases.
As part of our continued growth, we are actively seeking experienced recruitment professionals to join us as Recruitment Manager (Partner), specialising within the following divisions:
*Finance & Accountancy
*Legal & Professional Services
*HR
These are high-impact roles within the business and require individuals with proven 360 recruitment experience, capable of driving growth while establishing themselves as a market specialist within a defined niche.
You will operate as a hands-on biller, generating revenue while building the foundations of a high-performing recruitment team over time.
What We Are Looking For
*Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally from within one of our core specialisms
*A strong track record in new business development and client acquisition
*Ability to build and scale candidate and client pipelines within a defined market niche
*Commercially minded, self-motivated, and comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy
