Trainee Mortgage Adviser - Learn Directly from Experienced Brokers | Career Progression


An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a growing boutique mortgage brokerage with exciting plans for the future.


You will work closely alongside the two company directors, gaining hands-on experience across all areas of the mortgage process while learning directly from experienced advisers. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the mortgage industry, with the potential to progress into a Mortgage Adviser position over time.


The Role
This is a varied role where you will support the advisers while learning the full mortgage process from start to finish.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting advisers with mortgage case administration
*Keying mortgage applications and managing documentation
*Liaising with clients, lenders and solicitors
*Managing cases from application through to completion
*Ensuring a high level of customer service throughout the process
*Learning the skills and knowledge required to progress within the industry
