Mechanical Project Manager

Freelance
Mechanical Project Manager required for a successful and national client on a freelance basis in Bedfordshire. This Mechanical Project Manager will be required for 3 months plus on this particular project and then onto further projects
Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:
*Oversee all HVAC subcontractors
*Ensure safety is adhered to on site and in line with Health & Safety procedures
*Managing Mechanical installation through to testing and commissioning
*Progress reports, manage risk and work in collaboration with Electrical Manager
*Project management
Experience Required
*Proven track record of managing projects to completion
*Valid experience as a Mechanical Site Manager / Project Engineer or Project Manager on healthcare or commercial projects within building services
*CSCS
*SMSTS
*First Aid

£350 - £450 day rate
