Stores PersonSouth Molton | Day Shift | Temporary to Permanent | Onsite
IntroductionAcorn by Synergie is recruiting a Stores Person for a well-established and busy manufacturing client in South Molton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure full-time work with the potential to transition to a permanent position.
Working Hours*Monday - Thursday: 8am - 4:45pm
*Friday: 8am - 12pm
Key Duties*Issue parts against the appropriate material requests.
*Receive and check components against incoming documentation, maintaining full traceability.
*Assist with the physical movement of parts into and out of the stores area.
*Issue and despatch transfer orders to other warehouses.
*Carry out regular stock checks as required by company procedures.
*Ensure all stock complies with company procedures at all times.
*Use the appropriate company procedures and computerised stock control system.
*Conduct cycle counting as required.
Requirements*Previous stores experience, ideally within aerospace or another tightly regulated environment.
*Experience using a computerised stock control system, ideally involving MRP.
*Numerate and literate with good attention to detail.
