Location: Felixstowe
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday
Are you professional, organised, and passionate about delivering exceptional client service? Our Felixstowe-based legal practice is looking for a confident and proactive Legal Receptionist to become the welcoming face of their firm.
The Role:
As Legal Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers. Your role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of the front office and supporting our legal team with a range of administrative tasks.
You will be responsible for:
*Greeting clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner
*Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
*Handling incoming/outgoing post and legal documents
*Managing meeting room bookings and supporting solicitors with diary organisation
*Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
*Providing general administrative support, including scanning, filing, and document preparation
We’d love to hear from you if you are:
*A strong communicator with a friendly and professional manner
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general office systems
*Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
*Experienced in reception or administrative work (legal experience is an advantage but not essential)
