What you’ll do:
As Legal Counsel Commercial, you will play an integral role in safeguarding the organisation’s interests through expert legal advice and hands-on support.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:
* Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts including procurement, supply of goods and services, research collaborations, intellectual property matters, and partnership agreements.

* Supporting colleagues across multiple departments by delivering clear guidance on risk management, compliance issues, data protection requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

* Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify potential legal risks

What you bring:
To excel as Legal Counsel Commercial, you will:
* Be a qualified as a solicitor or barrister in England & Wales with significant post-qualification experience in commercial law.

* Have experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts.
