Sales Administrator – Showroom (King’s Lynn)
Hours: 10:00 to 17:00
Working pattern: Every Saturday and Sunday plus additional agreed days. Closed on Wednesdays.
About the Role
A specialist outdoor living retailer is looking for a Sales Administrator to support their King’s Lynn showroom. The showroom features luxury hot tubs, swim spas, pergolas, outdoor kitchens, premium garden furniture and outdoor heating solutions. You will guide customers through the products and support the full sales process.
Key Responsibilities
*Welcoming customers and delivering an exceptional showroom experience
*Demonstrating products including hot tubs, swim spas and outdoor kitchens
*Processing sales orders and preparing accurate quotations
*Managing enquiries and maintaining clear, accurate records
*Ensuring the showroom remains clean, organised and well presented
*Supporting customer follow ups and wider sales activity
What We Are Looking For
*Experience in showroom sales or luxury retail
*Confident speaking about premium outdoor living products
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Good organisational ability and accurate administration
*Comfortable working weekends as a core part of the role
