As a Clinical Negligence NQ your duties will include:
*Manage a caseload of clinical negligence claims from inception to resolution.
*Conduct research and analyse medical records and reports.
*Draft documents, including correspondence and pleadings.
*Engage with clients, medical experts, and third parties effectively and professionally.
*Prepare cases for settlement negotiations or court proceedings.
*Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
*Provide clear, concise, and accurate advice to clients.

Profile
