Description
As a Family Solicitor your duties will include:
*a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and child arrangements.
*Provide clear and comprehensive legal advice to clients on family-related issues.
*Draft and review documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws.
*Represent clients in court and mediation settings as required.
*Maintain accurate records and case files, adhering to confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
*Collaborate with colleagues within the legal department to ensure seamless service delivery.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
*Stay updated on changes in family law and related regulations.
Profile
