About the Role
Recruit UK is working with a well-established and highly respected financial planning firm that is looking to add a Paraplanner or Trainee Paraplanner to its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in paraplanning, or for an ambitious individual looking to begin a career in financial planning support.
You will work closely with Financial Planners to provide high-quality technical and administrative support, helping to deliver tailored financial advice to clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing suitability reports and recommendation letters
*Conducting research on financial products and solutions
*Assisting advisers with client meeting preparation
*Analysing client information and financial planning needs
*Supporting the advice process to ensure compliance with regulations
*Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
About You
For Experienced Paraplanners:
*Previous experience in a paraplanning or technical financial planning support role
*Strong report writing and research skills
*Good understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
*Ideally working towards or holding relevant qualifications (e.g., Diploma in Financial Planning)
For Trainee Paraplanners:
*Strong interest in financial planning and wealth management
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Willingness to study towards professional qualifications
