Travel, Tourism & Aviation Lecturer
*Annual Salary: £28,200- £40,100(pro-rata, subject to qualifications, skills, and experience)
*Location: Surrey
*Job Type: Full time permanent
*Hours 8:45am - 5:00pm
Day-to-day of the role of a Travel and Tourism Lecturer:
*Deliver engaging and informative lectures in Travel, Tourism, and Aviation to students at various levels.
*Develop and update the curriculum to reflect the latest trends and demands of the industry.
*Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to promote learning and improvement.
*Participate in the development of teaching materials and learning resources.
*Maintain a positive and stimulating learning environment that supports student success.
*Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall teaching strategy and departmental objectives.
*Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with industry standards and teaching methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Relevant degree or professional qualification in Travel, Tourism, Aviation, or a related field.
*Proven experience in teaching or training within the sector.
*Strong passion for education and the ability to inspire students.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to design and implement effective curriculum and assessment methods.
