Role: Trainee CNC Machine Operator
Location: Wickford
Hours: Monday to Friday, various shifts
Pay rate: £13 - £13.50 ph
Job Overview
A1 Personnel have an exciting opportunity for a trainee CNC machinist to join one of our clients based in Wickford. The role would be ideally suited for someone who has any machine running experience with some transferable skills.
We are looking for someone who can be trained to operate CNC machines and support setters and programmers and progress overtime to set machines and eventually programme machines. This involves learning to inspect the parts you manufacture and monitor the quality of the parts you make as well as learning to read technical drawings.

*To be able to follow instructions and seek help when unsure.
*To have some machine operating experience
*To have an eye for detail and maintain close attention to the quality of the parts you are producing.
*To be keen to learn.
*Confident with technology
*To be reliable.
