*Up to £28,000 salary (DOE)
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
Job specification:
*Administration relating to on-going client projects.
*Managing schedules, planning and prioritising.
*Compiling spreadsheets to record different data sets and records.
*Assisting with online marketing and social media updates.
*Adding invoices to the system.
*Booking hotel rooms and making reservations.
*Ensuring project records are added to the company’s system and fully up to date.
*Adding and logging paperwork to the internal software system.
*Answering phones and directing calls to the relevant department.
Person specification:
*Must be a car driver.
*Good organisation skills.
*Comfortable talking on the phone with an excellent telephone manner.
*Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel.
*Pro-active attitude.
*Fast learner.
