We are seeking a dedicated Partner to join a professional services firm within general practice. The role is to own, manage and develop a portfolio of clients, whilst training junior to support.

Profile
A successful Partner should have:
*ACA/ ACCA qualified with significant post-qualification experience
*Proven track record in client management and team leadership
*Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
*Commercially astute with a growth mindset
*Experience managing a portfolio of a similar size
*A track record of building and maintaining client relationships.
*Ambition to progress within a dynamic and supportive firm
