Finance Administrator
Salary: £25,000 (FTE)
Hours: 30–37.5 per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: South Lakeland
A growing organisation is seeking a Finance Administrator to support the smooth running of its day-to-day finance function. This is a varied, hands-on role working within a small Finance team, helping maintain accurate records, process transactions and support colleagues across multiple sites.
This is a hands-on role covering a wide range of transactional finance tasks, supporting colleagues across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
*Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries
*Processing supplier invoices and coordinating budget-holder approvals
*Preparing payment runs and reconciling supplier accounts
*Raising sales invoices and monitoring outstanding payments
*Reconciling EPOS reports, petty cash, credit cards and bank accounts
*Supporting month-end tasks including journals and intercompany reconciliations
*Preparing Sale or Return figures and related payments
*Assisting with general finance duties as needed
Additional Details
*Full-time (37.5 hrs) or part-time (30 hrs) considered
*33 days annual leave including bank holidays (pro-rata)
