Job Description:
Staffline are recruiting for a CCTV Controller in Corby. We are looking for security personnel who are passionate about providing customer service to the highest level for our client.
This is a night shift position, the hours of work are 7pm to 7am.
Candidates must have a valid SIA CCTV license and experience using Excel and Word. Previous experience is preferred, but not essential.
As a CCTV / Controller and a member of the Security team, your duties will include.
*Monitoring CCTV
*Obtaining evidence for queries or investigation
*Assist or support with investigation
*Respond to alert activations
*Scheduling and rostering of guards
*Booking guards on and off duty
*Hourly welfare check calls to guards
*Regular site patrols via CCTV
*Reporting of any site issues to site POC
*Support with site evacuations or incidents where required
