Master Technician (Main Dealer)
Basic Salary - Negotiable - Up to £52,000pa (DOE)
+ OTE: £70,000pa
Location: NEWBURY
Ethos Recruitment are recruiting for a Master Technician to join our industry leading client at their main dealership in Newbury. This is a fantastic role for a highly skilled Master Technician who takes pride in diagnostic excellence, quality workmanship, and working with the latest manufacturer technology.
You’ll be joining a professional, well-resourced workshop environment where your expertise is recognised, rewarded, and supported with ongoing manufacturer training. Master Technician Key Responsibilities
*Carry out advanced diagnostics, fault-finding, and complex repairs
*Work to manufacturer standards on a wide range of vehicles
*Support and mentor junior technicians when required
*Complete job cards and technical reports accurately and efficiently
*Liaise with Service Advisors and Workshop Controllers to ensure smooth workflow
*Uphold high standards of health & safety and workshop cleanliness
Master Technician Requirements
*Master Technician status (or equivalent manufacturer accreditation)
*Proven experience within a main dealer environment
*Strong diagnostic and electrical fault-finding skills
*Full UK driving licence
*A professional, team-focused attitude with attention to detail
