We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our small, supportive team. This role offers long-term potential with the chance to grow your skills and progress as training is completed.
About the RoleThis is a Temp to Perm opportunity where you’ll be involved in a range of warehouse duties including small-parts picking, stock handling, and general operational tasks. The work is hands-on and best suited to someone who enjoys a varied, productive day.
Part-time hours may be considered for the right candidate.
Pay & Progression*Starting rate: £12.21 per hour
*Increases to: £13.66 per hour on completion of training
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:
*Dextrous and accurate, especially when handling small components
*In possession of a clean driving licence - To drive the company van for short trips
*Experienced with Counterbalance Forklift Trucks (advantageous but not essential - training can be given)
*Conscientious, dependable, and hard-working, with a strong team approach
