What We’re Looking For*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 1 (Year 1 experience highly desirable)
*Strong classroom management and communication skills

*Ability to plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons
*Someone reliable, proactive, and passionate about early education
*Must have a good level of understanding phonics
