Job Description:
HLTA - SEMH ARP Reintegration Lead
Location: Camden, London
Pay: £125 per day
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:15pm (Full Time)
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Camden is seeking a confident and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to support and manage reintegration within their SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) ARP.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled HLTA with strong SEMH experience who is passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs and helping them successfully transition back into mainstream classrooms.
The Role
*Lead and manage the reintegration process for pupils within the SEMH ARP
*Provide targeted support for pupils with social, emotional and behavioural needs
*Work closely with teachers, the SENCO and wider pastoral team
*Support pupils in developing strategies to regulate behaviour and engage positively with learning
*Track progress and help ensure successful reintegration into mainstream lessons
The Ideal Candidate
*HLTA qualification or significant experience working at HLTA level
*Proven experience supporting pupils with SEMH needs (essential)
*Strong behaviour management and relationship-building skills
*Calm, patient and resilient approach
*Passion for inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
