We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working in the community in the Liverpool area. This role involves supporting a young lady in various community settings.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide support within the community, ensuring their safety and well-being.
*Help service users access and participate in community activities.
*Work closely with families and other care professionals to provide holistic support.
*Maintain accurate records of activities and care provided.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Minimum of 6 months experience in a similar role within the UK.
*MUST BE A DRIVER with a valid UK licence
*Experience in providing support in a community setting.
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
*A compassionate and patient approach.
*Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the service users
