Job Description:
We are currently working with the NHS to find an experienced and forward-thinking Systems and Compliance Manager to oversee statutory compliance and governance across all Estates functions within our London sites. This is a key leadership role ensuring our environments remain safe, efficient, and fully aligned with all regulatory and Department of Health requirements.
About the Role:
As the Systems and Compliance Manager, you will take ownership of the systems, processes, and compliance frameworks that support the effective maintenance and management of our Estate. You will ensure all statutory and mandatory obligations are upheld, delivering the assurance needed to maintain safe, secure, and high-quality environments for patients, staff, and visitors.
You will play a central role in optimising estate performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting an excellent patient experience.
About You:We are looking for a highly skilled Estates professional with:
*A strong background in Estates hard services.
*Education to Degree level or equivalent experience.
*Specialist knowledge of HTMs (Health Technical Memoranda) and HBNs (Health Building Notes) in at least two estates-related subject areas.
*Full working knowledge of statutory and mandatory compliance requirements across Estates services.
*Excellent analytical, organisational, and leadership skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
