?? URGENT: Tutors Needed in Burnley (BB10 Area)
We are urgently looking for committed, experienced tutors to provide daytime tuition for two learners in the Burnley (BB10) area. Both learners have SEMH needs, so we are seeking tutors with patience, empathy, and a strong ability to build rapport.
?? Current Vacancies1?? Year 11 Learner - Autism (English & Maths) *Hours: 6 hours per week
*Schedule: 2 hours per day, over 3 days
*Subjects: English & Maths
*Needs: Autism; requires structure, consistency, and supportive teaching approach
2?? Alternative Provision Learner *Hours: 4 hours per week
*Schedule: 2 hours per day, over 2 days
*Needs: SEMH support, personalised engagement
?? Pay Rate £30-£35 per hour (dependent on experience)
?? Availability Tuition takes place during daytime hours, so daytime availability is essential.
?? Requirements *Enhanced DBS on the Update Service - essential
*Experience supporting learners with SEMH needs - essential
*QTS - desirable but not essential
*Strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners 1:1
*Ability to tailor learning plans to individual needs
