We are seeking a proactive and reliable Site Coordinator to join the school and team and support the smooth, safe and effective running of our large school site.

This is a full-time, all-year-round role, ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards and can demonstrate strong initiative.


*Supervising the day-to-day operations of the school site
*Leading and supporting the site team to deliver an efficient and responsive service
*Ensuring the overall safety, security, and cleanliness of the buildings and grounds
*Carrying out routine maintenance, minor repairs, and compliance checks
*Coordinating contractors and overseeing onsite works
*Opening and securing the school premises as required
*Responding to urgent site needs and proactively resolving issues
*Maintaining health & safety standards and ensuring statutory requirements are met

We are looking for someone who:
*Demonstrates excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
*Has experience working in a facilities, caretaking, or site management role (school experience desirable but not essential)
*Is confident in leading a team and communicating effectively
*Is organised, reliable and can prioritise tasks across a busy site
*Shows a positive, can-do attitude and works well independently
*Holds an Enhanced DBS or is willing to undergo the check
