Choose a consistent shift that suits your lifestyle - no rotation.
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr / Per annum £33,200
Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr / Per annum £34,300
Full-time, 5 days a week.

*Previous roles such as Team Leader, Line Leader, Cell Leader, or similar

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our production operation runs smoothly and efficiently:
*Lead your team to achieve daily production plans, KPIs, and quality standards
*Coach, support, and develop operators - from skill-building to return-to-work support
*Use OEE data and structured problem solving to improve output and reduce downtime
*Champion Lean, 5S, and waste-reduction initiatives across your area
*Ensure rigorous quality compliance, documentation, and corrective actions
*Support wider business projects with flexibility to assist in production tasks when needed
