Senior Operator / Production Supervisor - Nights or LatesPetersfield | Temporary to Permanent | Great Progression & Benefits

Pay + Shift ChoiceChoose the shift that suits your life - no rotating patterns:
*Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hr - Monday to Friday
*OR
*Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr- Sunday to Thursday
Full-time, 5 days per week, temp-to-perm opportunity.
Easy, Affordable TravelCompany bus service for just £3 per day - ideal if you’re commuting from Portsmouth, Havant, Waterlooville or nearby.

What You’ll Be DoingAs a Senior Operator / Production Supervisor, you’ll lead your area and ensure the shift runs smoothly:
*Motivate and guide your team to hit production and quality targets
*Coach staff, support training and handle return-to-work conversations
*Use OEE data and structured problem solving to improve performance
*Champion Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement
*Ensure compliance, quality documentation, and corrective actions
*Support wider projects and help on the line when needed
This is a great role if you love leading by example and being close to the action.
Who We’re Looking ForYou don’t need 20 years of manufacturing experience - we’re open to leaders from a range of fast-paced settings.
We’d especially like to hear from people with experience as:
*Team Leader
*Line Leader
*Cell Leader
*Senior Operator
*Warehouse or Logistics Supervisor
