A well-established organisation with offices in Bury St Edmunds
Your new role
This is a newly created temporary customer services and admin job, joining a 4-person team to help them with a specific project. Duties will include but not limited to:
*Speaking to commercial customers and making them aware of service changes
*Ensuring customers understand the service changes
*Sending out new contract information for checking and return
*Follow up with emails sent to ensure the information is received back
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed in this job you will need to be:
*Immediately available.
*Have previous office-based customer service experience.
*Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365 and the ability to pick up bespoke systems quickly.
*Previous administration experience.
*Keen eye for detail.
*Used to working in a methodical and processed manner.
