A favourite of the top end interior designers and design professionals, this rug, carpet and textile design studio is recruiting for a Rug and Carpet Sales Manager. The studio has collaborated with some of the prominent and well-respected interior designers to produce unique and well received collections. The company supply to interior design professionals only and is not a retail business.
The Sales Manager will need experience of:
Either selling high-end rugs, carpets or fabric to the interior design industry
Or
Selling a high-end interior design product such as wallcoverings, furniture, lighting or similar
The role will work with professional interior designers to design and develop custom rug and carpets for a range of luxury residential, high-end hospitality, cruise ships / marine projects.
You will need an eye for colour, texture and design and the ability to build strong and loyal relationships with your interior design client base. The role will involve working on a range of exciting, very high-end interior design projects with high profile interior designers and other design professionals. Candidates will need to be able to drive as you will be attending weekly meetings with interior designers and other trade clients in and around London and the South East. Some client meetings will be conducted in the showroom however this role is mainly be based on the road. The Sales Manager will also be able to work from home when required.
A competitive salary is offered in line with experience ranging from £48,000 - £55,000 plus commission. Monday to Friday only. 9am – 5.30pm.
