Reactive Maintenance Operative

Location: Sleaford Depot (Relocating to Pode Hole in April)
Rate: £170 per day
Job Type: Full-Time / Ongoing Work / Monday-Friday

We are recruiting Reactive Maintenance Operatives to join our highways team working across the Lincolnshire road network. Monday-Friday 07:00 start. Usually 8-9 hours daily.

Working in a two-person crew, you’ll respond to highway defects including potholes and carriageway repairs, while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Requirements Reactive Maintenance Operative
-Valid UK Driving Licence
-NRSWA (Street Works)
-EUSR – Locate Utility Services
-EUSR – Implement Safe Excavating Practices

Rates: Reactive Maintenance Operative
-£170 per day (CIS)
