Senior AI Engineer / Consultant
London, hybrid (2-3 days a week in office)
Competitive salary between £75,000 to £90,000

This is an opportunity to join a fast-growing Data and AI consultancy delivering large-scale, high-impact AI systems for major clients. You will work on complex, production-focused projects while developing your engineering expertise in an environment that prioritises deep technical learning and high-quality delivery.

The Role
*Build and productionise AI solutions within large-scale, enterprise environments.
*Contribute to end-to-end delivery across data, software, and platform engineering elements.
*Collaborate closely with engineering leads and consultants to design robust AI systems.
*Work directly with customers, occasionally on client site, to understand requirements and shape technical outcomes.
*Operate in a highly technical team, contributing to high-impact programmes that require strong engineering excellence.
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong commercial experience in designing and deploying production-ready AI or machine learning systems.
*Strong Python engineering capability.
*Experience working on complex AI or data-driven solutions in enterprise or consultancy settings.
*Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
*Comfort working in hybrid teams and delivering work in structured, outcome-driven environments.
What They Offer
*Salary between £75,000 and £90,000 depending on capability and level.
*Hybrid working, typically 2 to 3 days per week in the London office.
*Occasional travel to client sites when required.
