The ideal candidate will:


*Be well presented and maintain a smart appearance.
*Exhibit a strong telephone manner and good written and spoken English.
*Be able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
*Be at least 21 years old and possess a valid driving licence with access to a car.
*Display a positive can-do attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
*Have an interest in pursuing further training to become a Surveyor (desirable but not essential).
Key responsibilities of the role include:


*Assisting with sales and lettings negotiations to achieve set targets.
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with applicants.
*Conducting property viewings and providing clients with expert advice.
*Managing administrative tasks related to property transactions.
*Collaborating with team members to enhance overall service delivery.
