Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Leeds
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Leeds. You will work closely with teachers to support pupils with Special Educational Needs, helping them access the curriculum and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist the class teacher with planning and delivering tailored learning activities
Support pupils social, emotional, and behavioural development
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Monitor and record pupil progress
Requirements:
Experience working with children with SEN (in school or similar setting)
A patient, caring, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Relevant qualifications or training are desirable but not essential
