Overview
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Oil & Gas practice. You’ll work on high-profile oil, gas, renewables and infrastructure matters, gaining exposure to a broad and high-quality caseload across the energy sector.
Role Requirements
Experience
*3+ years’ PQE in Oil & Gas, ideally with experience in upstream operations, service sector contracts, or transactional work
*Ability to support partners on operational contracts, field development agreements and M&A projects
*Experience advising service-sector clients on drilling, EPC, offshore construction and regulatory issues
*Confident in maintaining client relationships and contributing to business development
Skills
*Excellent drafting, analytical and communication abilities
*Commercial awareness and a clear understanding of client operating models
*Capable of prioritising workload, managing deadlines and working both independently and collaboratively
