Role Details
*Location: Primary School in Camden
*Start Date: March 2026 (Long-term position)
*Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday
*Pay: £95-£97 per day (dependent on experience)
The Role
As a Year 3 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to provide high-quality classroom support and help pupils thrive in their learning environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Supporting pupils in the classroom through small-group and one-to-one interventions
*Helping pupils engage with lessons and complete their classwork
*Supporting children to build confidence and make strong academic progress
*Promoting positive behaviour and inclusive learning
*Supporting pupils’ social and emotional development
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will:
*Have experience working with children in a school or similar educational setting
*Be a proactive, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistant
*Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*Be passionate about supporting pupils and contributing to a positive learning environment
Graduates with a strong interest in education or child development are also encouraged to apply.
