Location: Wolverhampton Start Date: Immediate / As soon as possible Contract: Full-time / Long-term About the RoleAs a Level 2 Nursery Assistant, you will play a key part in supporting children aged 0-5 in their early learning and development. You will work alongside an experienced Early Years team to create a nurturing, stimulating and safe environment where every child can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:*Supporting children’s learning through play, exploration and structured activities
*Assisting with daily routines including snack time, toileting and transitions
*Helping to create engaging, age-appropriate learning environments
*Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
*Ensuring all safeguarding, health & safety and EYFS standards are followed
*Contributing to observations and supporting children’s individual development plans
What We’re Looking For*Level 2 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) - essential
*Experience working with children within a nursery or early years setting
*A warm, patient and enthusiastic attitude
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*A commitment to supporting children’s early development
*An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
