Pastoral Support Assistant - Dorset

Prospero Teaching is looking for a compassionate and confident Pastoral Support Assistant to join a Dorset school on a long-term basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on supporting young people’s wellbeing and helping them overcome emotional, social, or behavioural challenges.
Role Highlights:
*One-to-one pastoral support in class
*Helping students manage challenges and improve wellbeing
*Building positive relationships and encouraging engagement
*Supporting the wider school team
What You Need:
*Minimum 1 years’ experience with children/young people (UK)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Up-to-date safeguarding training (or willing to complete)
*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
*Right to Work in the UK
*Two recent child-related references
