Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join a well-established and growing property development business. This Accounts Assistant position is ideally suited to someone with a solid background in transactional accounting who is looking to further develop their skills within a stable and professional environment.
Working in a lovely team, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day accounting function. As an Accounts Assistant, you will support month-end processes, assist with the preparation of financial reports, and help maintain accurate accounting records across a varied portfolio of development projects. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a proactive approach, comfortable liaising with colleagues and external contacts, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Skills and experience required
*Proven experience in an Accounts Assistant role covering both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
*Experience working in fast paced environment and therefore have the ability to multitask.
*Ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, and take ownership of tasks, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
*Confident communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally at all levels, with both internal and external stakeholders.
