Job Title: Junior Estimating & Sales Administrator
Location: Bradford (office based)
Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per year, plus company bonus
Hours: Mon - Thurs 830am - 5pm and an early finish Fri at 4pm

We are working with a well established company in Bradford that supplies high quality and bespoke products. As a Junior Estimating & Sales Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of helping customers bring their ideas to life.

As Junior Estimating & Sales Administrator you will:
*Transforming customer requests, drawings and emails into accurate, eye catching quotes that make projects happen.
*Following up on past quotes and enquiries to keep customers excited and engaged.
*Managing admin tasks like answering calls, replying to emails and processing orders to ensure everything runs smoothly.
*Learning the ins and outs of the company’s products and advising customers on the perfect solutions for their projects.
*Collaborating with colleagues to keep projects on track, meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.

What we’re looking for:
*Friendly and approachable individual, with a professional phone manner.
*Good attention to detail and pride in the work produced.
*Comfortable using IT and happy to learn new systems

What’s on offer:
*Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, plus company bonus
*Working hours: 830am - 5pm (Mon - Thurs), early finish at 4pm on Friday
