Key Responsibilities:
*Manage properties to maximize income and client retention
*Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and inspections with contractors and landlords
*Ensure compliance with all property legislation, including gas, fire, electrical, and HMO regulations
*Handle tenancy renewals, deposits, and landlord correspondence
*Maintain accurate records in property management systems
The Ideal Candidate:
*Experience in property management or lettings is preferred, but non-property experienced candidates will be considered
*Full driving licence and own car are essential
