Property Inspections & Tenancy Coordinator
Salary: up to £28,000 | Company Car | Private Health Care & Gym Perks | Monthly & Christmas Bonuses
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a friendly and fast-paced property management company, who are looking for a Property Inspections & Tenancy Coordinator to join their team. This is a key role in keeping tenancies running smoothly and ensuring excellent service for landlords and tenants.
What You’ll Do:*Conduct property inspections, check-ins, checkouts, and inventories using Hello Reports & Fixflo
*Manage tenant deposits (registration, returns, and negotiation)
*Coordinate maintenance and repairs with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Handle compliance tasks, including certifications and HMO/selective licensing
*Manage diaries, calls, and customer service, including complaints
About You:*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Strong knowledge of property inspections & maintenance coordination
*Confident communicator with tenants, landlords, and contractors
*Quick thinking, adaptable, and streetwise
*Full UK driving licence
