The Role
The Property Coordinator will support the operational and property management functions of the business, helping to ensure the smooth running of a diverse property portfolio.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Supporting the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
*Acting as a key point of contact for tenant, landlord and contractor enquiries
*Coordinating maintenance works and liaising with contractors
*Scheduling property inspections and compliance checks
*Assisting with the onboarding of new properties and tenants
*Maintaining accurate property records and updating internal systems
*Monitoring and managing maintenance requests to ensure timely resolution
*Supporting the wider property and operations teams with administrative and coordination tasks
