Justice Social Worker - Community Justice (Glasgow)Location: Glasgow City
Pay Rate: £38.00 - £40.00 per hour
Working Pattern: 4-Day Condensed Week (Full-time hours)

Are you a specialist in Justice Social Work looking for a high-paying role with a better work-life balance? We are seeking a qualified Justice Social Worker to join a dynamic Community Justice team in Glasgow. The RoleWorking within the Community Justice framework, you will focus on reducing reoffending and promoting social inclusion. Your responsibilities will include:
*Risk Management: Conducting high-quality assessments to manage individuals within the community.
*Supervision: Managing a caseload of individuals on Community Payback Orders (CPOs) and statutory licenses.
*Reporting: Preparing robust reports for the Courts and the Parole Board.
*Intervention: Delivering evidence-based interventions to address offending behavior and support rehabilitation.
*Collaboration: Working closely with Police Scotland, health services, and third-sector partners.
Essential RequirementsTo be considered for this high-level position, you must meet the following criteria:
*Training: Valid and up-to-date LSCMI (Level of Service/Case Management Inventory) certification is mandatory.
*Registration: Current registration with the SSSC (Scottish Social Services Council).
*Experience: Proven experience working within a Scottish Justice Social Work setting.
*Skills: Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and the ability to engage with service users in a firm yet empathetic manner.
