Location: City of London
Role: Permanent
Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)
Salary: up to£50,000 per annum

The role
In your new role as a Legal Recruiting and Professional Development Coordinator, you will be supporting the legal recruiting and professional development programme for the firm’s EMEA offices. Your key responsibilities will include:
*Acting as point of contact for the firm regarding lateral and graduate recruitment across EMEA offices.
*Managing lateral recruitment needs across EMEA from vacancy inception to onboarding of the successful candidate.
*Supporting the Managers with the delivery of vacation schemes and other early careers programmes across EMEA, including screening applications, assisting with assessment centres and interviews.
*Supporting with associate and trainee/intern training programmes by managing all logistics.
*Working with the Managers to update and enhance new associate orientation, lateral lawyer integration, mentoring, and other talent development-related programs and initiatives.
What do you need?
In order to be successful in this role you will need:
*Previous experience coordinating recruitment programmes at a law firm.
*Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
*IT Proficiency
