Job Description:
Centre Experience & Commercial Manager, Luxury Office Building based in Reading.
In this key role you will be responsible for leading the overall performance of a luxury business centre, ensuring exceptional customer experience, strong commercial outcomes and full operational and compliance delivery.
You will join a strong team, as you use your excellent commercial supporting sales with a focus on growing the co working memberships and meetings & events revenue.
We are looking for confidence to outreach and bring new ideas - not just by building on existing relationships but also driving new business to the centre, while maintaining full operational accountability.
You will be strong in team leadership, health & safety, supplier management, quality standards, and financial performance.
This role combines senior site leadership with hands on commercial ownership, ensuring agreed budgets and KPIs are exceeded through customer advocacy, community engagement, and high quality operational delivery.
