This is an exciting contract for an Email Creative Specialist who loves bringing digital journeys to life. You will shape high impact email designs across welcome, basket abandonment, re-engagement and promotional campaigns, helping a major consumer brand elevate its customer experience.

The Role and Deliverables
*Design visually engaging email templates for automated and campaign-based CRM journeys.
*Build creative concepts for welcome, abandon basket, follow up and promotional emails.
*Apply brand guidelines while bringing fresh design ideas to improve engagement.
*Produce clear, concise copy when needed to support email layouts.
*Collaborate closely with CRM and marketing teams to refine creative based on briefs and feedback.
*Deliver final assets ready for deployment within their CRM platform.
Your Skills and Experience
*Strong experience designing high quality email templates and CRM assets.
*Confident using design tools to create polished, responsive email layouts.
*Ability to write short, effective supporting copy when required.
*Comfortable working with marketing teams and interpreting creative briefs.
*A portfolio that highlights email design capability and customer journey experience.
*A detail-focused approach ensuring accuracy, consistency and brand alignment.
