Credit Controller / £30,000 - £32,000 + Bonus / Liverpool City Centre / Office Based / Permanent
Credit Controller Role Overview
NC Associates are currently recruiting a Credit Controller to join a well-established and reputable organisation based in Liverpool. As the Credit Controller you will be you will monitor and maintain all customer accounts, ensuring credit limits are not exceeded and customer pays to terms, across all companies.
Credit Controller Responsibilities:
*Ensuring collection of all outstanding debts within payment terms
*Proactively reducing aged debt
*Ensuring the aged debt remains within set KPI’s.
*Identify areas for improvement, relating to systems and processes.
*Reconcile customer accounts to resolve any customer queries relating to their accounts
*Post and allocate cash to customer accounts
*Review credit limits on all active accounts at least annually and more frequently for key accounts
*Liaise with debt collection agencies to collect overdue debts
*Monitor and manage orders on hold for accounts with overdue debt.
Credit Controller Experience Required:
*Proven experience in a credit control role.
*Monitoring overdue accounts and escalating high-risk cases when required
*Maintaining accurate customer records and system data
*Excellent communication and relationship skills.
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
*Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
