Job Title: Accounts Assistant
Location: Warwick - hybrid working
Hours: Mon-Fri 9:00 to 17:30
Salary: 28k to 30k per annum + enhanced benefits
Key Responsibilities
*Manage purchase and sales ledger activities, including invoice processing in SAP and xFlow
*Process supplier payments and maintain accurate purchase ledger records
*Verify and process employee expenses and company credit card submissions
*Maintain and update vendor and customer accounts in SAP
*Process credit notes and debit notes for customer accounts
*Update product pricing and customer discounts in SAP
*Support bank postings and reconciliations
*Handle customer and supplier queries via email and phone
*Assist with month-end reporting tasks and deadlines
*Perform monthly SOX compliance checks to ensure internal control compliance
*Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits
Desirable Skills:
*Accountancy and Finance qualifications or a genuine interest in building a career within Accounts
*Attention to detail
*Experience in working working with multiple systems daily
*Ability to push back and manage expectations
*Previous experience in working with CRM systems, or strong systems skills
*Fast learning and proactive nature
