Job Title: Sales Team Manager
Location: Manchester
Salary: £50,000 per annum + Commission (£60,000 OTE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am - 5:30 pm
An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Team Manager to join a growing, high performing organisation. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences within a financial / automotive environment.
Responsibilities of Sales Team Manager:
*Support the day to day running of the department
*Coach and motivate sales executives to achieve sales targets and KPIs
*Ensure compliance with company policies and FCA regulations
*Promote the adoption of company vision and values across your team
*Maintain high service standards to encourage repeat business and referrals
Skills & Experience:
*Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager in an FCA regulated or automotive environment
*Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a team to deliver results
*Strong customer service focus and understanding of the sales process
*High IT literacy and organisational skills
*Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities
*Positive, results driven, and enthusiastic attitude
